Excellent food. The crab stuffed lobster special was hands down the best dinner I've had so far during my 2 week visit. I've never eaten inside the Crab House Restaurant side at Two Mile Landing but on a Saturday at 5pm the wait for the … More

We were there right at 5pm (on a Monday) so there was no wait- but by the time we were leaving, there was a line into the parking lot! The food is absolutely excellent! My husband ordered a giant seafood boil, I ordered the steak with fries and cucumber salad (pictured), and my 5 year old a pasta platter served *on a frisbee* with a drink and an ice cream sandwich for dessert! Something for everyone! ... and the specialty drinks for both adults & kids- amazing!

My recent visit to the 2 Mile Run Restaurant left much to be desired. It's clear this establishment falls short of its lofty reputation. Here's a breakdown of my experience:
Drinks: The highlight was supposed to be the Coconut Mojito, but unfortunately, it was mostly ice with very little actual drink, which was disappointing (see photo). Additionally, for the price charged, it could have been more generously sized.
Food Quality: The seafood boil, a supposed specialty, turned out to be mediocre at best. The flavors were lacking, and overall, it felt like a letdown.
Appetizers: Among the appetizers we ordered, the firecracker shrimp had good flavor, and the crab meat fry bake was decent.
Service Issues: Service was another sore point. A portion of our group waited an additional 10 minutes after the others had been served, only to receive cold food that had to be sent back. Our server however was very attentive to our needs.
Additional Charges: It's worth noting they tack on a 3% surcharge for credit card payments, which is something to consider if you prefer to avoid unexpected fees.
Ambiance: The ambiance, though advertised with live music, was underwhelming. The music from a single performer was barely audible, failing to create the lively atmosphere promised.
Conclusion: In conclusion, the 2 Mile
Restaurant failed to live up to expectations. With mediocre food, service mishaps, and questionable value for money, it felt more like a tourist trap than a worthwhile dining destination. If you're seeking a memorable dining experience, you might want to look elsewhere.

Great menu, good selection of local beers as well. We were seated overlooking the marina, which was great as we had children in our party. Excellent service throughout very nice helpful staff. Food is very good. Would definitely recommend. More

You'd expect better from a seaside seafood restaurant. Place was nice and staff were nice but the food was not. You can get better seafood at your local grocery store. Tartar sauce, cocktail sauce, sour cream, salad dressing, all were prepackaged and bought wholesale. Fish and crab cakes were just basic.
In the past these places could get away with this type of treatment. There will be another tourist coming through the door in 2 minutes and you'll never be back so why provide anything more? But now we can reward them with a review like this. How they ever got a 4.3 rating on here is a mystery.

Zzzzz was absolutely fantastic behind the bar. Super friendly, attentive, and clearly knows her craft. The cocktails were perfectly shaken, balanced, and honestly some of the best we’ve had in a while. Great energy, great service, and she made the whole experience even better. We’ll definitely be coming back for more drinks made by her! ❤️❤️❤️

Seems to be a popular place with the locals and visitors.T his is high volume so there are a lot of people here with picnic bench seating.
The bar was well stocked with everything you need and they got a special called an orange crush which is a cocktail with orange vodka, it was very refreshing.
Hannah was our waitress and did a fantastic job serving the 8 other people I was with.
Appetizers seemed hot and fresh. I would definitely suggest the stuffed pretzel which was delicious.
I got the seafood broil combo which was "good" but not warm enough. They were out of king crab legs during this day so we got snow crab clusters which was underwhelming due to the lack of seasoning on the crab. Nice to see another seafood establishment in the area I think the food could be served warm which would have gave it a better review.

Great views! We had a late lunch before the dinner rush, and we're glad as there was a line waiting of people waiting to be seated as we left after eating. There is a lot of seating available, with most of it being outdoors so that the views of marina and breeze from water can be enjoyed. Our waiter, Nico, was good, getting our orders correct and checking in on us throughout the meal, but we overheard one of the other waiters giving general information to next table after we had already ordered and thought that it would been nice to hear that as well. The arugula salad with burrata and peaches was good, but the fish on both our dishes were overcooked with underwhelming seasoning. We drove down from Central jersey hoping to enjoy fresh fish, but were a little disappointed. Due to location, we will be trying again and recommend if you are in the area.

Two Mile Crab House features a wide variety of seafood, including local catches and favorites such as crab legs and lobster. The setting is beautiful as it sits on the back bay overlooking a small marina. There is ample seating outside as well as inside seating for those who desire it. The sunset views are gorgeous! The menu includes baskets and platters and a wide array of appetizers, so everyone should be able to find something for them. The crab fries and crab cakes wwre excellent. The orange crush drink special was also wonderful!

I had the broiled seafood platter and my wife had the crab boil combo. The seafood platter only had 3 mediocre shrimp and 3 scallops along with a stuffed clam, a crabcake and cod filet. The flavor was very good. But for the price they could have given more shrimp and scallops.
The seafood boil was excellent. My wife really enjoyed it and it was plenty where she needed a box to take home the remainder

I visited a clubhouse that our friends’ family often goes to for the first time, and the atmosphere was great. I usually don’t eat crab, but I ordered it this time—and it was so delicious that we ended up ordering more several times. The service was excellent, and we didn’t have to wait long at all. If you’re ever in Wildwood, I definitely recommend this place!

Very popular seafood place.
I usually located in the middle of marsh land and on the water right near the docking port of local fishermen.
The place ins big and the views are great.
The food is not bad but there was only two choices for catch of the day and it was only available fried.
Crabs were good but very expensive.
Overall, a nice place. It lacks a bit of finesse in my option.

I think we had the furthest seat from the hostess but it was on the dock in the bay. Go early, like 4pm for no wait. Amazingly fresh seafood, totally worth the hype. The crabs are amazing but so is everything else. Bring a hat, you may be in the sun a bit, but mostly under an umbrella. Highly recommend!!

It was nice eating by the water. The service was good, and the food was tasty, for the most part. I do think the crab fries could have had more crab seasoning and meat on them, though. They were lacking flavor, unfortunately More

The restaurant wasn’t posted as closed on social media or Google and we arrived dressed semi formal. We ended up in the casual area that was open for business (and very busy due to the closure of the main restaurant). The food was great and our server was fantastic. It was very loud and tight seating. The ceiling fan above us was broke and it was during a heatwave.. bummer! Which we were expecting a sit down dinner indoors. The sunset view was awesome!

The food is good. They make delicious orange crush drinks. There is plenty of parking. We didn't have to wait for a table and last time only waited maybe 15 min. The view is nice right on the water. We got stuck next to a table with screaming kids tho. Family friendly is nice and all, but the restaurant really shouldn't allow it to get out of hand.
